The vast majority of people fall into this category. The key is to change the belief that being heavy is acceptable. This must be the new belief in the subconscious mind. Otherwise, a person can diet, and then put the weight right back on. When the new belief in the subconscious is achieved, the wonderful support of the subconscious will propel you to unconsciously create your desired weight.

Eating and exercise habits are stored in the subconscious as memory patterns. The subconscious urges to eat certain foods, and to motivate you to move your body, i.e. exercise.

Excess weight can also be a form of protection. If that is the case for you, then new ways to protect yourself must be achieved.
